a lot of labor and love in each pipe. Love our Pro Circuit muffler on our KLR650....

Remove air forks and place in garbage, install spring forks. just like the pros do. 😉

dont u have to change something in the carburettor when u change exhauste?

does the exhaust for the 140L come with bolt holes for the pipe cover to protect your leg ?

At 5:19 this always frustrates me a bit as a newbie biker. This seasoned mechanics tells you to consult manuals for torque specs... .right after he tightens your header bolts with an approximate torque of "just about as tight as you can go with one hand".

Nothing to do with the video but I was wondering if u guys could give me some advice on jetting for a Yamaha banshee. I plan on running pro circuit platinum pipes with 304 silencers I'm 1,376 ft above sea level stock mortor no porting I plan on running stock air box with stock filter and snorkel. My question is where should I start with jetting? thanks.

Pressure changes by up to 5lbs in our Arizona heat. Very inconsistant forks.

The manufacturers set up the bike for mister average,who may just ride his bike for fun,the bike may never see a triple or double jump in its life.If you just ride for fun,taking 10cc of oil out might be good for you.It's important to also grease the suspension linkage bearings,torque the bolts correctly.Set up your sag and static sag,Correct chain tension ,and tyre pressure.All good basic starting points,and all videos on You Tube to help.

Adding oil is a simple way of stiffening up your forks.The air will compress first,so the effect of adding oil will be felt mid stroke onwards.Adding air is simpler and faster,but effects the initial part of the stroke more than oil as stated before. It's not really about pros/cons,more about setting the fork for you,your speed and weight,and balancing the front and rear suspension.If your forks feel soft,go through the stroke too fast,add 10cc of oil.And listen to Bones,he's the best!
